Noce House

Noce House is located in an affluent enclave on the east coast of Singapore. With 5,800 square feet over three storeys, it has its own lap pool, elevator, five bedrooms and a roof garden. The aim was to create a modern luxury interior, to communicate fine living and stature. To accommodate three generations living under one roof, spatial planning was of utmost importance. Entertainment of family and friends called for a bespoke treatment of the interiors. A singular design element, the walnut column, was conceptualized and designed - becoming the defining design element throughout the house.

Throne Room

The Throne Room is a complete module of interior work that aims to achieve a bonafide mishmash of a modern Victorian style. The design has greatly served the functions of modelling an office environment to fit into this intent without sacrificing the functionality of work space. On the other hand, the different areas have been designed in different ways in accord to the proper function to be performed in the designated areas. The concept is therefore unified at different levels through the application of brass as a material of motif, setting off the notes for a multi-purpose area.

Heritage Estate

The Beijing Heritage Estate Clubhouse sits in the core area of the CPD, Beijing, giving it an exclusivity due to the rarity of geographic and environmental advantages. This prestigious Clubhouse boast an eclectic assemblage of extraordinary pieces of traditional furniture, artwork and artifacts from European artisans. Many of these pieces borrowed their original inspirations from the Chinese culture that were appropriated during colonial periods and now fascinate the top clients from China and abroad.

Tang Villa A

Tang Villa A is the show home for a 128 imperial court style villas project. The project reinterprets the Tang Dynasty’s neighbourhood system of walled courtyard houses. Adopting the famed imperial Qianlong Garden courtyard house letter “I” shape, each villa features nestled courtyard that provide both prestige living and complete privacy. Details throughout the Tang Villa A reflect its inherited history through the use of classic Chinoiserie details and noble materials installed in traditional arrangement.

China North Island

Located in the center of a 520,000 square meters lake area of the Tianjing city center, this China North Island Show Villa is nestled in a much sought-after ecological environment. American neoclassical architectural style dominate the layout and detailing for this villa but are subdued and personalized by the refreshing white colour backdrop throughout. The colour scheme is then personalized with the sprinkling of silver and gold ubiquitously.
